Personality: Kurochou is a sweet girl, but very brave in the face of adversity. She is the obedient, good girl. She never leaves food on her plate, never raises her voice too loud, is never violent, and very brave. However, she's indecisive and worrisome. This makes her very pessimistic most of the time, and can be quite depressing.

History:
When Kurokuro (nickname) was born, she carried an unusual scent that attracted swallowtail butterflies. Her parents didn't think much of it. Her mother was your typical housewife. Confined to the domain of her home washing, cleaning, and making sure dinner was on the table before he husband got home. Her father was a lumberjack. He was a gruff, but gentle man. The couple thought it strange that their child's smell attracted butterflies, but believed that it would disappear in time. However, as Kurokuro grew older, the scent never left. Rumours about her ability circulated through the townspeople and eventually, perfumers sought after her scent, hoping to instill it in an expensive perfume. They offered many things in exchange, but Kurokuro's parents refused to sell any part of their child, including her scent. When Kurokuro turned 5, she was kidnapped by a perfumer. By an odd stroke of luck, she fell out of the wagon in which she was kept before the perfumer could even make his first turn onto the main road. When her parents discovered that they had almost lost their child, they forbade Kurokuro from leaving the property. They told the townspeople that she had gone missing. So, Kurokuro spent most of her days alone, outside, playing with the butterflies. She discovered that as she danced, the smell would waft through the air and the butterflies would come. Unfortunately, the unmistakeable scent found its way to the village and soon, she was discovered. The family fled to a new city, Arcania, to begin a new life. No one is really sure what happened before Kurokuro finally made it to arcania, but the innocence in her eyes were worn and she became very quiet. People at Arcania were shocked to discover, that Kurokuro had developed magical abilities beyond her years and her father was thrown into a coma.
